OK, you've all heard about automatic writing, but what about automatic speaking and hearing? They must exist as well or at least automatic hearing must. You know how sometimes you don't quite catch what a person says and you thought they said something completely different? Once during Maths Exercises at Moser, Claire once again was talking and said something which sounded obscene. Adrian was like ''What??? Could you repeat that?'' (Yeah, I heard the same as him). Turns out she said something harmless for a change. Can't remember what, but that doesn't add to the point. Yesterday it happened yet again. We were eating down at the port with Sylvia, Gérard, their grandchildren and two other people. Anyway, Gérard was talking and I thought he said: ''... and when I used to work I was sexy...'' Actually no idea what he really said, but seriously WTH??? Well, you hear what you want to hear at least most of the time.
Now onto automatic talking: your brain is on auto-pilot and you say something without thinking or you sing along with a song and substitute a word by another. Did this many times... Not the singing along, the former!!! Someone asks you something and you say something off-topic. OK, you could be day-dreaming admittedly...
Automatic writing happened many times.
Is anyone even reading this??? Automatic read your way over here!!!
