Don't you find that you are always eating? My problem is that when I'm bored I eat. Preferably peanuts (the ones inside the shells you have to twist to open) 'cos it gives you something to do. It must be something embedded in our genome. After all foraging takes a long time in nature. You don't go to the supermarket, plonk the stuff in the microwave and presto! you eat when you're an animal. Our ancestors were hunters/gatherers, so a lot of their time would have been used to forage. OK, today we do other things, but that need to do something with your hands and mouth and that must be from them. Yes that sounded bad, but unfortunately I can't re-phrase everything for you annoying twits and perverts out there! What it means is that that need to ''forage'' must still be there or maybe it's just me being greedy? Do you do this? I mean ''boredom-eat''?
