Probably one of the wort things that can happen to a person is unrequited love. The problem is that these days the word "love" is thrown around like a foot ball. How do you put meaning into phrases and words, which are used so lightly, frequently and sound so corny?
"I would rather die tomorrow, than live a 100 years without knowing you." John Smith to Pocahontas from the Disney film. That's what you say now, matey! Just you wait 'til you are betrayed by love. Then you'll wish you hadn't "never known what it is like to love" to quote Elton John.

I know all about unrequited love, but what in Hades is a hoe ball? Must be something the Swiss toss about while yodeling in the Alps. A strange people, but relatively harmless.
